Home style cooking. The chicharon mafongo was amazing. The service is awesome. This is a family operation. Every meal is made with pride. They are proud of the food, and share an experience with you.
Great service and great dishes.The place is clean as well and emphasize puertorrican culture. We order a kids meal and 3 adult plates which 2 of those were exceptionally good. I ordered the "Bocadilloo El Jibarito" is different and have a lot of flavor although I would prefer that it become with sides (I order a salad to complete cause its more like an appetizer), my husband ordered "Mofongo with Carne Frita" and he loved it and my son ordered "Mofongo with Churrasco"... the churrasco was ok but needed more flavor. I would definetely reccomend this place to anyone. They should upgrade to a biggest place cause it seems that will thrive.
Awesome Puerto Rican restaurant. The bacalao guisado and mofongo they serve on Fridays was delicious. I've also had the steak with yellow rice and red beans and it was great. The queso frito with guava and the fried Oreos were amazing. Would definitely recommend!
